A recent (but temporary) addition to Calgary Transit's fleet, CT 1996 is seen running in service on the Route 114 Panorama/Country Hills by Panorama Hills Drive and Panamount Gardens on December 30, 2020. This bus is a Grande West Vicinity, designed to be used more on low ridership routes, and is being tested to see the viability of such midi-style bus to replace the current Arboc in the fleet in the future (similar to the 2 year trials of the diesel version back from 2016-2018), and is powered by Natural Gas. More photos and a dedicated page for this addition to the fleet will be created on this site at a later date.
